PAYMENT POLICY

We Accept

Short marketing campaigns or small projects (i.e. eBlasts, graphic design, press releases, etc.) will be limited to an invoice, that describes the service requested. Moderate to major projects require a contract agreement between the service provider, Poitier Marketing & Public Relations Group and the client.

 

Once the client approves a marketing proposal, a representative from the service provider will meet with the client for a signature and initial payment. Poitier Marketing & Public Relations Group maintains that no moderate to major projects can begin without a deposit and work done with satisfactory completion must be paid in full, unless otherwise stated, before it is the client's or clients' property.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

 

1. Per Service: Work to short marketing projects will begin immediately after Poitier Group and the client agrees to the provider's quote and payment terms. Payment is due upon completion of work. If an on-going service (i.e. social media management, website management, etc.), then weekly or monthly payment is required every Friday or on the first or 15th of each month, unless the day is a national holiday, in which case payment is required on the business day prior to a national holiday. When work is completed, the client will receive copies (if applicable) or ownership on the day full payment is received.

 

2. 15-Day Phase: Suitable for moderate marketing campaigns whose production spans 2-3 weeks. Work begins with an initial payment of half (½) of the overall total (as shown in contract). At or after 15 days of the initial payment, half (½) of the remaining total is required at the end of completed work. Once payment is received and the client is satisfied, the client can receive copies (if applicable) and/or ownership.

 

3. Multiple Phases: Suitable for major or longer, more extensive marketing projects whose production spans 4-8 weeks, this payment option comprises multiple phases (i.e. First Phase, Second Phase, Final Phase), which provides the client with a detailed timeline of work being done simultaneously. Each phase describes what work will be completed at a specific deadline, requiring the client to pay per phase.

 

REFUND POLICY

Online bookings or those made by any other means must be canceled 12 hours prior to scheduled date and time in order to be issued a full refund. Failure to cancel a booking within the described time period will result in forfeit of booking fee. 

 

In the event that a client considers work, as outlined in their proposal, unsatisfactory and where Poitier Group was at fault during the completion of 50% or less of the work, the Poitier Group management will administer a partial refund. If no work has begun, a full refund will be administered. Upon completion of 50% of the work or more, a refund will not be administered, unless the Poitier Group management deems it necessary.
